Impermax Polyurea H Flex holds several certificates as waterproofing membrane, ETA, external fire performance Broof(t2), fire reaction B2 (DIN-4102-1: 1998), hail resistance (EN-13583: 2012) and radon gas diffusion coefficient/radon permeability (radon barrier).

The aluminum color version has the advantage of not needing an aliphatic protective top coat, the metallic aesthetic appearance is maintained over time, which saves a costly step in the application process.

PROJECT REFERENCE: ROOF REFURSBISHMENT OVER AN OLD BITUMEN MEMBRANE (ALUMINIUM FINISH) 

Over an old bitumen membrane (aluminium finish) that was leaking, after cleaning and preparing the surface, Porosity Sealer Flex, Impermax Polyurea H Flex membrane (ETA number 16/0149) and the protective top coat of Colodur (pigmented in grey) were applied. In this way, costs of dismantling, transport and deposition of residues in a controlled landfill were avoided. Useful life of these materials was extended; therefore, the environmental footprint of the project was reduced to a minimum. Apartment building, 1.400 m2, port of Castellón (Spain).
