This Epoxy flooring is a highly decorative solution for homes, hotels, garages and areas where the aesthetic finish is important. This system is applied using a rubber trowel in several layers.
IMPERMAX 2K FLEX VR polyurethane membrane applied with a variable ratio hot spray machine
Most of the hot applied polyureas and polyurethanes that Krypton Chemical offers to the market require a spraying machine with a 1:1 ratio by volume.
However, when exceptional performance is required, a variable ratio system is most likely required. This is the case of the RAYSTON FIRE 3:1 reference with an optimal reaction to fire classification. Another example is the IMPERMAX 2K FLEX VR polyurethane, which has excellent elasticity (more than 500%) and an extraordinary ability to bridge possible cracks in the substrate (of more than 7 mm, measured at -10ºC).
IMPERMAX 2K FLEX VR is especially recommended for waterproofing roofs with supports susceptible to large movements (unstable building structure, shifting ground, high thermal oscillations …).
