Some photos of the water desalination station in Honaine, Algeria.
The system used consists of:
Primer of the surface with Primer H from Krypton Chemical SL to avoid traces of existing moisture.
Waterproofing the surface with Rayston Polyurea from Krypton Chemical SL.
Said system has a potability certificate in the case of reuse of said water for human consumption.
Hello, today we want to introduce you to Italy. We are talking about a 600 meter long, 6.6 meter (about 4,000 square meter) reinforced concrete canal, located at a height of about 8 meters above the ground due to soil compaction and seismic shocks.
The problem: The presence of many joints caused the loss of water, and cracks in the concrete substrate caused water leaks on the road = loss of constant water flow. The debris caused the turbulence of the water with a loss of inertia and thrust speed.
THE SOLUTION: Internal lining of the canal with our Polyurea Rayston.
Steps:
Abrasion of the support, dust removal.
Primer H with Epoxy HI Accelerant additive (the work has been completely done in winter) a consumption of approx. 0.250 kg / m2
Care of critical points with adhesive bands. Butyl Tex Gasket and TPE Rayston Tape Band.
Seal with Rayston Flex 3040
Restoration and regularization of missing and damaged pieces with quartz sand and Epoxy 100.
Application of Polyurea Rayston, consumption of approx. 2.5 kg / m2.
Renevation of a sewage treatment plant in Croatia – 3000 m2 Phase 1 : Preparation and regularization of the surface Phase 2 : Application of a 3-component Epoxy cement Phase 3: Application of an Epoxy water based primer Phase 4 : Coating with a pure polyurea resin Polyurea Rayston, 3 kg/m2
