Rehabilitation of a terrace with PU foam and Impermax Polyurea H Flex top coat (aluminum color)
On a flat terrace with some water infiltrations, was applied a polyurethane foam, RAYSTON SPRAY FOAM 50, to improve thermal insulation, but also as a bonding and regulating layer for the substrate. For waterproof, the IMPERMAX POLYUREA H FLEX membrane (aluminum color) was chosen.
This special color is maintained over time, so in this case an aliphatic protective top coat is not needed. IMPERMAX POLYUREA H FLEX presents an ETA certificate and a hail resistance certificate, among others. In short, an ECONOMIC treatment, with HIGH PERFORMANCE and DURABILITY, applied in two simple times.
